Pera is an orientation service operated by LineSpotting AB. An application evaluation costs 10 EUR and is paid by PayPal. It is not a decision of the Republic of Cyprus, not a permit, and not legal advice.
You must not start works before the permits that apply to that house. Pera does not handle property in the north of Cyprus.
